1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and pjlph ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") governing your access to and use of the pjlph online gaming platform, including the website located at pjlph.cam, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of all funds.

While pjlph strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, technical issues may occasionally occur due to internet connectivity problems, server maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of disconnection during active gameplay:

• For slot games, the game round will continue to completion in accordance with the spin's predetermined outcome, and results will be visible upon reconnection;
• For live casino games, disconnection during betting phase typically cancels the bet, while disconnection after betting is closed will allow the round to complete with results available upon reconnection;

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with pjlph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or similar arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pjlph reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform, intellectual property infringement, or violation of these Terms.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments to Terms

pjlph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
